Messy Desk

Do you find your desk is a mess whenever you turn around? Is it a spot that just collects unfinished business?
Too many items on my desk would make it too cluttered to get a spacial feel for where the item’s permanent place would be. It was just a clutter. Taking everything out to the bare minimum helps. Then when I go to put things back for a while, exaggerate the feeling. Make it big. Of course, if you're doing this around people, big actions might get a strange look or two, but it works.  The more awkward it is, often the biggest memory boost.

I would love to have a product with a tray that is foam cutouts that I would push office supplies, such as the scissors and stapler into.  It wouldn’t move around or skate around my desk. And the physical feeling to it would help me remember it.  I think this is something I would love to develop.
